Yes! We focus heavily on Early Intervention Services. An early start can help enhance your child's skills and future language development.

You can text, call, or email our office to begin the process. We'll ask for your child's name, date of birth, and a copy of your insurance card (front and back) to verify benefits before scheduling. Once coverage is confirmed, we'll secure your evaluation time with a small deposit or copay hold the slot.

Yes! We are in-network with the following insurance providers: Horizon BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, AmeriHealth, Cigna, and Meritain. Coverage varies by plan, so our team verifies every family's benefit prior to your first visit and reviews copay, coinsurance, and deductible information together.

Your child's first visit is a comprehensive, play-based evaluation lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. During the evaluation, we'll review your concerns, observe your child's motor, sensory, functional play skills, language abilities, oral motor and feeding skills, hearing aspects, and provide individualized recommendations. A detailed written report and therapy plan will follow shortly after.

Therapy sessions are typically 30 minutes in length and are scheduled on a weekly or twice weekly basis depending on your child's needs and attention level. Consistency helps build comfort, skill carryover, and lasting progress.

Absolutely! We value family collaboration and welcome parents to observe or participate. Some children do best with parent involvement, while others benefit from a little independence -our therapists will help guide you on what's most effective for your child's success.

Yes! We believe that empowering parents is one of the most important parts of a child's progress. Our therapists offer individual parent consultations and training sessions to review home carryover strategies, sensory routines, and self-regulation techniques that support ongoing success outside of therapy. These sessions can be scheduled periodically or as needed to help you feel confident supporting your child's goals at home and in the community.

Because we reserve a dedicated weekly spot for each child, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a small fee to maintain scheduling fairness for all families.

PROMPT therapy is a tactile-kinesthetic approach to speech therapy that uses physical touch to guide a person's articulators (lips, jaw, tongue) to produce specific sounds. The name is an acronym for Prompts for Restructuring Oral Musculature Phonetic Targets. It is used to help individuals with motor speech and language disorders, such as childhood apraxia of speech, dysarthria, and autism spectrum disorder, to improve speech production.
